This website is run by Dr. Ibrahim Khalifa, an independent Arabic AI and localization quality reviewer working under the name DareenLingo, based in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt. This page explains what personal information I collect through this website and what I do with it.

What I collect – When you contact me: the name, email address, optional phone number and message you enter in the contact form, or the details in any email you send to info@dareenlingo.com. – When we work together: the business contact details and project materials you share with me. These are handled under our project agreement and kept confidential. – Technical data: like most websites, the hosting server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running.

How I use it I use your information only to reply to you, to prepare a quote, to deliver and invoice the work you request, and to keep the website secure. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and I do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

Who else handles it – My hosting and email provider (Hostinger), which stores the website and the messages sent through it. – Google, which provides the email inbox I use and the web fonts on this site. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google. – Payment providers (my bank, or a payment platform such as Deel) only when you pay an invoice.

Some of these providers store data outside Egypt. I share only what each one needs to do its job.

How long I keep it Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted after two years. Project and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email info@dareenlingo.com and I will reply within 30 days.

Security I use secure (HTTPS) connections, strong passwords and two-factor sign-in where available. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card numbers by email or through the form.

Children This website and my services are for businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
