Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of dareenlingo.com. The website is run by Dr. Ibrahim Khalifa, working under the name DareenLingo, Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt.

1. About this website This website describes my independent Arabic quality review services for software and AI products, Arabic localization quality review (LQA), and Arabic AI output evaluation. The content is general information, not a binding offer.

2. Engagements Every paid engagement is agreed in writing (a quote, statement of work or contract) that sets the scope, price, timeline and deliverables. If that written agreement and these terms differ, the written agreement wins.

3. Fees and payment Fees, currency and payment terms are stated in each quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days.

4. Confidentiality I keep your product, data and materials confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed work. I am happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before I see anything sensitive. I will not name you as a client or publish findings about your product without your written permission.

5. Independence I review; I do not sell you the fix. My findings are my independent professional opinion of the Arabic quality of what I tested, at the time I tested it. They are not a guarantee of any business result.

6. Ownership You keep all rights to your product and materials. Once paid, the report I deliver is yours to use inside your organization. I keep the rights to my own methods, checklists and templates.

7. Liability I deliver the work with professional care. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Website content The text and images on this website are mine unless stated otherwise (see the Copyright page). Links to other websites are for convenience; I am not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion goes to the competent courts of Giza, Egypt.

10. Changes I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
